  Very disappointed in their service. They were always nice but would randomly not show up and cut our grass and tell me they had. The last call I had with the wife of the couple that owns Curb Appeal she told me she had personally cut my yard 3 days before, I offered to meet her or Marty at my house and look at my yard with me or even to email them pictures I had just taken but she said it would be a waste of time. It's sad that she wouldn't look to see for their self that a mistake had been made. To her credit she did say they would charge me for the service or lack of that week. I did take pictures that are time and date stamped to show that the grass was not cut.
